Can't log into network without logging off user.

Like I said, I can't get my computer onto the college network unless I start up, then log off user, then log back in.(I auto log in with no password) I know I can get on the network without all the work because thats how I did it before I formatted my hd. Any ideas?

This is kind of a bump since no one posted.

I've tried not auto logging in. I set up a user and have to put in a password before windows starts, but I still have to log out and back in before I can get on the network.

Any ideas?

Goto Start...Control Panel...Users And Passwords.

Check the box that says "Users Must Enter A Username And Password To Enter This Computer. Hope this helps.
