Unhappy Asus P4b533-e, I need help! Video Card

I have an old ATI 64mb-DDR-VIVO card and I went to plug in my new mobo Asus P4B533-e and the machine won't boot? ( I don't hear the short beep when pc boots-up) the videocard is Agp 2x-Agp4x universal and I do not know the voltage on this card. The Mobo says it takes a 1.5v video card...do i need to get a new video card? Any recommendations would be helpful... and please suggest any new reasonable video cards... Ati Bloe's

    Thanx in Advance

I found the mobo @ googlegear, I bought it for $168.... The mobo will not recoginize the videocard. according to the user manual, it says it's a proctection feature so you do not burn out the mobo. the computer will not start till it finds a useable video card. I guess i'll have to order the MSI geForce 4600 i saw for $250.

you are lucky its an Asus and it has that protection - if you had plugged it into another board with the same chipset you would have burnt the board out

yes, you need a newer video card
