The CPU core voltage (Vcore) feature dissapeared from BIOS. BIOS has been not flashed before that happend. It was flashed with 4 different BIOS versions after, no results.
Here's one of multiple posts at SOYO Usenet Groups:

Hi all....I have a very strange problem with the bios on my
motherboard (SOYO K7V Dragon Plus). It seems that about a week ago i
went into my bios to lower the FSB speed and lower the core voltage
as well (XP2000 cpu with the bus running at 145 mhz=1.81ghz...just a
tad over XP2200 specs...and stable).....but the strange thing was that
when i went to change the core voltage....the adjustment was gone !!!
(its supposed to be in the Combo Feature Setup Page of the bios).
I'ver read posts on Soyos message board and although this isn't
common....the same has happened to a few other people....but with no
answers. So far i have emailed tech support ....the first reply was
useless...the guy obviously didnt know crap about the board....and i'm
still awaiting another reply. I've currently tried everything from
resetting the cmos, to reflashing the bios with all that are
available....with no luck. Luckily the core voltage has defaulted back
to 1.75v, but now i have absolutely no overclockability. The board
otherwise has no problems an still is...as always...stable as a rock.
I am wondering if anyone else has had the same problem ???
Any solutions or fixes known??? Or am i going to have to get a new
bios chip or have the present one reprogramed??? Like i said earlier,
everything else is fine with no apparent problems.
Thank You in advance
