Question Phantasy Star Online for X-box?

Is Phantasy Star Online the addicting RPG originally made by Dreamcast coming out for X-Box? If it is the Online concept should be awesome because of the built in ethernet card. That is if you have Road Runner! First of all I wont have my parents beechin about having to use the phone. The second and most obvious reason will be the Speed difference. DUH!! And another thing if it will be on X-Box? will I have to pay a monthy or annual fee to play on the Internet. Do i have to buy another one of those Hunters Licences' to play online?

Right now there's no word on weather or not the hunter fee will apply to the Xbox US version. From the sounds of it, it sounds like MS will be in charge of it's publishing in the states (same way with Shenmue II).

My guess is No--MS wouldn't break it's own policy while denying other developers from charging.

The Xbox version has been updated to include PSO ESP 1 and 2 and another character not found in GC's version which is going have a $9 monthly fee in the states.

The PC version will most likely be a port of the xbox version but not much is known about it.

Of course while the GC's version will have downloaded quests (AKA GBA) the Xbox and PC versions should be able to have ACTUAL missions/new areas/even characters.

My guess that's where MS will charge for though, charge you per download for expansion paks, but that's understandable.

Of course, it would be neat if sega released tools for players to create their own maps as well.

Well I dont mind the $9 a month fee its no big deal to me. Just having PSO on the x-box will be nice. one because of X-box live and another because of the supurb graphics that the X-box can pull off!
    Thanks for the info ymeegod
