    Best Nvidia driver for Geforce 2 Ti

    I recently installed 43.45 drivers for my geforce 2 Ti. but the system was not able to complete the 3DMark 2001 after that.. i switched back to Windows XP default driver it managed to complete the test.. but even with incomplete test in 3DMark 2001 i managed to score 3000 score with 43.45 drivers.. but with default windows driver even completing all the test gave only 2000 score..

    i then installed the 44.03 drivers but they also crashed in the 3DMark 2001. i read the fine prints and realised they are only windows certified for the geforce FX cards not for the earlier geforce..

    so rite now i m running the system with the default drivers which are not giving any performance. so can u kindly tell me which are the best drivers for the Geforce 2 Ti card. and where to find them.. i didn;t find any previous driver on the nvidia site.

    Try the 40.72`s or the 30.82`s.

    Of the two the 23.12s performed best for me. That's what I'd recommend you use.

    Downloaded 40.72
    Result... Crashed yet again.. on the same Pixel Shader test..

    Is it possible that part of my Geforce 2 has got burned..?
    or the problem is somewhere else..??

    But how come windows default driver run the entire suit without any crash...

    I don`t think its your video card, it could be something running in the background or you did not get rid of all traces of the old drivers in the reg. I have had no problem like that using the 40.72`s on my GF2 MX.

    id uninstall the drivers, dont reboot yet, use det destroyer, then reboot and reinstall the 40.72's..

    they worked well w/my gf2 gts's..

    Thanks a lot.. i have installed the 23.12 drivers and its working fine after that...

    my score has also gone upto 3000. anyway might try the 40.72 after using det destroyer... actually it takes a lot of time downloading on modems.. so thats y a bit slow in updating..
