    FX5900 drops 1000 3DMark2003 points...

    a friend is overclocking a P4P800/2.4C/Corsair3200/FX5900 and during a 3DMark03 run he scored 5000+.

Afterwards, he did some OCing, reloaded a few board drivers and now can't get much over 3DMark03 4000+.

Any ideas on what he needs to look for?

    eshbach and KaoTik,
cleaning out the old drivers did the trick. Thanks. We had loaded the drivers several times but cleaning did the trick.

He's back up to 5420 3Dmark03 which is great but if only I could get my own system that high.

I'm only getting 2460 on 3DMark03 with the "RAPTOR" rig listed in my sig. Doesn't that seem low for a 9500Pro?
