    Hi:

I have to agree with the integration idea as well. I also think that modding will be done on a grand scale as an art form. I saw a post on a different forum from Australia about a mod that is the most amazing thing I've seen in a conventional style computer case. It isn't finished but it is definitely art.

Just think of how much of a pain it would be to clean the inside of that thing.

I've had a computer in the corner of my bedroom for almost ten years. It's just not right to go to sleep without hearing the reassuring hum of fans........

Heh, I shut my computer down at night cause I have to get some sleep , but then again my startup is only around 30 seconds and that isn't a pain to me. When I wake up I turn it on and go shower... when I come out it is fully loaded and ready to sharky

I actually just thought of my next mod...

I'm gonna take empty clear liquor/beer bottles and fill them with water. Then I'll drop some flourescent markers in there to make them glow with the black light I'll stick behind my desk. With a few posters around my desk, this should give it a pimp *** effect

I'd like to see modding extended beyond to PC, but to the workspace Web56n is a perfect example of this. Even though I'm just sticking a few lights around my desk, his mod is the perfect example...

it all comes from people not knowing how to do a cool paint job or shape metal, but any asshat with 10$ can put some neon lights on his case or cut a hole in the side and tape some acrylic to it.

I think computers are/were destined to get smaller and sleeker, regardless of any of Apple's actions. Everything is big and ugly when it comes out, then we continue to refine it, and it once it gets popular we make it look purdy so more people buy it.

Eh, IMO.. its not what you spend, or what you do.. its all in working with what you have. Yeah, That does make a lot of sense... however there are many application designs that one could create to use neon lights and acrylic on a case.
