Daemon tools not working

I told my friend to download daemon tools but when he tried to open a .cue file, it said "Unable to mount image". I know that the .cue file is corrupted because i can open it fine on my computer. any suggestions?

is the bin file in the same directory as the cue file?
u can try opening the cue file with notepad and see if it's pointing to the correct file.
