Problems with task manager

A week ago or so, I was having stability problems with doom3 because my ram was oc'ed to high. Anyways, I had to run task manager a lot to close the game. One time, it appeared like this:



and has been like this ever since. Any way to get it back so I have the tabs at the top?

dbl left click on the top border of the task manager frame.
