Screen Position going everywhere
I have to adjust my screen position like twice an hour now, it just does whatever it wants, it expands at times for no reasons i can see, and sometimes it just gets narrow for some reason, right while i'm using it. So i have to adjust it constantly, it's annoying. It's always been like this to some extent, but it seems to be getting worse for some reason. Any ideas what might cause that? Is there maybe a program that will keep it in place?

I had the same problem with a Viewsonic once. The screen either expanded or contracted horizontally with time....it's been awhile so I can't remember which. In any case, I called Viewsonic as it was still under warranty and they said return it.....it was a monitor defect from what they could tell. I ended up just buying a new monitor (I wanted a new one at that time anyway.) Good luck!

If you have already tried different resolutions and refresh rates (perhaps dropping them to 75hz for testing) and the problems still occur like that, it may be that the monitor is indeed starting to fail.
In the past, I have had monitors start to wig out at the higher refresh rates and resolutions, say 90hz or 100hz at 1024x768 on a 17" monitor, so I dropped it to 75hz and things stabilized for a while, about 6 more months if I remember right.
But eventually I did have to replace the monitor. That is one reason I try to not push the refresh rate to the max. I generally find 75hz works for me in all modes, even if the monitor says it can do 85hz or 120hz or whatever. My 21" can do 2048x1536x75hz but I only run it at 1920x1440x75hz, mainly because 2048x1536 is just a tad too small for my eyes, but it also has the added benefit of not pushing the limits of the monitor all the time.
Good luck.

I don't know, it seems like it's always been like this to some degree, though less than before. Now though i'll just be doing something and my screen will go extra wide for some reason. Hopefully it's not dying =x

It's normal for the monitor to be smaller/larger or shifted slightly when you first turn it on. As it warms up it should return to its normal position, which is also why you never make adjustments until the monitor is at running temperature.
However, when the monitor continues to do this after reaching running temp, it is a sign that your monitor is having problems and should be serviced or replaced by the manufacturer if it is still under warranty.
