    PCI-E Spread Spectrum setting in Bios?

    I was just wondering do you guys turn on the spread spectrum option in bios or leave it to default disable position.

    I usually turn it off. Without getting into details, only have it on if you have emi interference problems. For sure, if you overclock, turn it off, as it hinders that.
