Do you browse fullscreen?
I very rarely browse fullscreen on my desktop, its a different story on my 12" tablet pc but when im on my main rig, I use a window about 1/4 the size of my screen... ive noticed that at work, almost all my co-workers use fullsize

I can put 4 browser windows up on my old workstation screen.
I can only put 1 browser window up on my notebook, but it is never full screen because of the extra width.
I keep the start bar on the left plus a few shortcuts. They are always visible.

Full view, unless I'm watching a stock or something and browsing in the meantime.

It really depends, I selected window because I do that the majority of the time.
However, some things have to be viewed in fullscreen

Back on windows XP, I used to browse fullscreen all the time. Now with vista I browse in a window so I can see the sidebar. I like seeing my CPU/memory usage gadget...

99% of the time windowed because 99% of the time I use my main rig with 24" screen.
I have outlook and video running on the side when I am browsing and it's more efficient browsing windowed.

Window for sure, looks silly FS on a 30".

Windowed only - I need to see other apps simultaneously.

Oh I thought you meant fullscreen like pressing F11 fullscreen.
At work I browse fullscreen simply because I have two monitors so screen space isn't an issue. At home I usually have my browser at like 75% of the screen, I'm not really sure why as I don't multi-task too much at home.

Mr Zurkon is here to kill

Full screen.
I rarely have too much else going on in the background aside from maybe a program install or some music playing.

So did I ... Did someone state the question incorrectly? Does he mean maximised or full screen?
If he means maximised then I always run maximised and alt-tab, however fullscreen and maximisation of a window are two completely different things all together.
