its awesome, I like the classes, I enjoy the combat, and it has a real storyline, an actual well written story that drags you along, morso than grinding levels does.

Im on the Omm server (picked the name hoping initial population is low)

Oh well at least chicks can go bare chested, I suppose that is worth $50 bucks.

Is the endgame in yet(raids, etc.)? Are the border Kingdoms and other guild PvP there(sieges)? Is it the instance-fest I have heard? I'm looking for some good reviews by sharks on this one. Honestly, I think that Blizzard is listening to the fans and Wrath of the Litch King will be very well done.

Edit: I have also heard that you aren't going to be able to run this with a slightly older system.

I have been trying to hop on their forums to see what people are saying, however, the forums have been down all day.

Screenshots? I'd love to see a good write up on this(hint). There were so many rumors around from beta and the PvP stress test it is hard to sort out what is real.

lol, you know me well. If I do end up getting it today I think it goes live tonight, I'll defintely give some impressions.

From what I understand, there were different versions of the beta floating around. I have no idea WHY they would do this but the version being distributed on IGN/Fileplanet was older than that of the preorder bonus. And the preorder bonus still wasn't the most recent version. I feel like at that point its not even a beta anymore and coming from the same company that brought us Anarchy Online, this really scares me. But apparently those who preordered had a much better time with the game than those who downloaded through Fileplanet.

    Running it with a 7900 / 3800+x2 / 2gigs

    On high, 10-20fps,

    on med - 20-30fps.

Game so far is pretty decent, but only level 20 so who knows how it will be later on.

Wait for reviews at release, that's when you'll know how stable it is with the full amount of people playing it. But so far in EA its pretty damn stable.

Yeah, it's amazing and runs 100% better than the beta did for me.

Here are some screenshots I made the other day for my WoW guildies. It's from the low levels but still looks great. I actually had AA off and AF on 2 in those screenshots but since bumped the AA up to 8xCS(or whatever) and 8x AF and it looks better and runs almost the same:

Vanguard 2.0. Good concept, nice graphics, but not enough money to finish and released way too soon.

Not sure how it compares to Vanguard at all. The game is solid and I've been playing it problem free for a few days now so I don't see how it was released too soon. It also has a lot of interest and is coming out at the right time (unlike Vanguard). They just annoucned Age of Conan sold out of it's 111,000 Collector Editions and we sold out of all the non C.E.s in my Gamestop already. It's the only PC game I've seen sell since I've worked there.
