Windows Gadgets causing slow shut down in windows 7?

Did a clean install and everything is running great, but when shutting down I get getting a message about one of the windows gadgets delaying the shutdown. If I turn off all of the gadgets it shuts down flawlessly. Not sure why its happening, maybe one of the most recent windows updates. It didnt happen when windows 7 was first initially released. Its been happening for a week now.

Guys - It wasnt the windows calendar. I made a mistake, its my HP Digital Imaging Software. If I kill it manually it shuts down normally.
