    Sorry guys.
    Boooooooooo James boooooooooo

Haven't actually played the game in a while, but a month or two ago (and periodically before that) I did load up the map and browse around a bit.

The new 1.9 update is out. Going to try it tonight. Combat has been changed a lot.

I'm pretty sure it is. James turned off the map a month and a half ago but the server itself is still going AFAIK.

I've been thinking about jumping back on as well of late. Hope the last time I logged off I was sitting in the remote base I made, because without the map being active anymore it will be pretty rough to ever find it again.

    darksavior.net:25567 monroeski just reminded me.

I did update the server to 1.9. Logged in long enough to make sure it was up, then went about my day. But it would be fun to join back in if people will be online again. I did notice the other day that someone has built just massive catacombs below the base. vast tunnels to nowhere with random redstone projects, etc. in them.

    Anybody know who that was?

Sweet, logged in and I was in my base after all. Got the coordinates saved now so I can find it whenever.

I haven't played Minecraft since then but It is one of my fave challenging games. I'm glad to hear that it has a new update.

I sit possible to get one final map update? I'm curious as to how big the world has gotten.

May have accidentally expanded the map a bit yesterday. Thought I was heading off in the direction of my little camp, but went the wrong way heading out of our main base. Not sure if where I headed off to was already explored or not.

    I'll run a map creation.

    *Edit: http://www.darksavior.net/~minecraft/

*Edit again: I've moved the map from primary SSD storage to hdd secondary storage. A lot more space, but it might be significantly slower. But for now, I'll leave it up on the slow storage.

Thank you James! I don't play much nowadays but it's fun to get on and hack around once in a while. Really appreciate you still hosting this.

That was probably me. I was creating a giant sorting system that can be found all the way at bedrock below the base. It only sorts around 15 types of items right now but I was hoping to do a few hundreds. Maybe one day I will finish it.
