Red face Socket AM3 board finally worth talking about: ASRock 870 Extreme 3

I know motherboard reviews can get really long and dry so I'm going to keep it short:

Here are the reasons to buy this board:

    1. The ease and reliability of the overclocking features. It took my low budget 2.8GHz POS AMD 6-core THUBAN to 4 GHz on my first attempt on air cool without any real problems... using the AUTO-OC option that adjusts your voltage/links/everything to cookie-cutter steps.

    2. USB 3.0, SATA 3, e-SATA 3, etc... everything is up to date.

    3. Onboard sound that finally replaces my SB audigy 2 sound card

    4. No onboard video means that the money went into everything else. For people that believe on video card is enough, this is the no nonsense board for you. I got this refurbished (broken PCI-e clip and no IO shield) for $46 on newegg.

I can't really imagine what more I'd want from a motherboard for a budget-oriented performance build.
