I wonder how long they will last. Surprising that they aren't marked up like crazy.

Did you get some kind of notification that these were up? I was looking earlier today, maybe around noon, and there was nothing.

I can score a Sapphire HD7970 right now if I wanted to (can reserve it if I wanna as the shop staff know me), but I'm putting it off hoping someone grabs it before I finish work today. If it's still available after work, I'll grab it......only reason why I'm putting things off is the ridiculous price gouging here in my neck of the woods. It's like 660-680USD (local $ to USD) for each card! Only reason why I hadn't rushed out to grab one...

It's done! First Shark with this beast of a card, WOOT! WOOT! Pic below is just to give you guys an idea of its length, which is pretty much the length of a HD6950-

In my rig where it belongs, might get a 2nd card......but will wait for price to level down.

Very nice man. I was going to come storming in here demanding pics, but you already took care of it.

Looks sweet! I'm surprised it's still the same size as the previous HD6950.

This card OCs like a mad mutha, using CCC, I now have core/mem @1125/1475....still plenty of room for more OC. CCC allows a max core OC of 1125mhz.....hoping AMD will raise this limitation in their latest Cat driver.

Damn that is nice. I had to make myself go to bed last night and not order one off newegg. Now that I have stayed away from making the impulse buy, I am good. I'll probably see what Kepler has to offer.

I'm thinking of getting one of these for a SSF build and putting it in a Silverstone SG08.

    Two questions:
    (1) Does PCI-E 3.0 really matter? I was going to use the Intel Mini-ITX DQ67EP, which only supports PCI-E 2.0.
    (2) How is AMD driver support these days? I've stayed away from ATI cards for a long, long time now because driver support has always been so poor. I'm wondering if that's changed under AMD. BSODs, as a result of driver issues, are simply not acceptable to me. Not even once.

I don't think it matters unless you are going to crossfire, but it is still not that big of a deal. Most boards split the channel when crossfiring, so this could be an issue.
