    Cooling for my new build

    Hello! I have just recieved all of my parts for my new build! I do have a question about cooling on this rig and if it will be an issue? Here is what I have purchased!
    -Crucial M4 CT128M4SSD2 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
    -SAPPHIRE 100314-3L Radeon HD 6870 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card
    -ASUS DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS Black SATA 24X DVD Burner - Bulk - OEM
    - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL

    - Xigmatek ASGARD II B/B CPC-T45UC-U01 Black / Black 0.8 mm SECC / Aluminum and Aluminum Mesh Bezel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
    -Antec BP550 Plus 550W Continuous Power ATX12V V2.2 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

    The casr that I got has an option for 4 different 120mm fans. 1 in the rear, two on the side, and one in the front. The one in the front is the issue. A 120mm wil not fit nor will any 25mm width fan. I was thinking about puting in a 80mm thin fan with a filter, but I dont think it will breath well. What are my options? Is it okay not to have a fan up front? and have only esaust fans?

    Looking on newegg it says one 120mm fan preinstalled in the front. What is wrong with yours?

    The CPC-T45UC-U01 only has a single 120mm rear fan included.

    Looking at the Xigmatek site, it would seem that there might be enough space for the 120mm fan up front, but it's going to be noisy as heck due to the odd-shaped opening for it.

    When you are trying to install a fan, are you putting it inside the case, between the case and the front panel, or some other way?

    The site has conflicting information. I saw this line.

    Peerless Cooling The Xigmatek ASGARD II case comes with one pre-installed 120mm front fan and option for three extra fans to deliver efficient ventilation and effective system cooling.

    I would just try it and monitor temps, chances are they will be just fine.
