    good screen recording app?

anyone know of a good program to recording something you do on the screen for like to make instrucstion video etc..

also I watch webinars and I want to be able to record them.

I know there's hypercam and camstudio but for some reason everytime I use any kind of audio compression codec. the audio comes in VERY low and is muffled where you can't hear. I would have to use some low quality uncompress audio format that just fills up the file size

anyone know of a a screen recording app that can do video and audio compression in real time with no audio volume/sync issue?
