    The Legend of Grimrock

Seriously good old-school dungeon crawl. I was surprised by the graphics, the environments look great. Anyone else give it a go yet?

It takes quite a bit getting used to... I keep thinking turn-based so I was just standing in front of this soldier that was butchering me! LOL... need to strafe around him!

I'm on level 7 or 8 and am loving it. The best part are the puzzles. I haven't played a well thought out dungeon puzzler in a long time. Modern games like Skyrim are only about exploration and don't have puzzles, so it is refreshing to see some that take rudimentary thought.

I've got half a page of notes just because of the puzzles this game throws at you. There's also been so many areas that I could see but could not figure out how to get to.

I clear an area all the way to the exit and spend about 1 hour trying to find all the secrets, then I check out a FAQ to see what I missed. There are sometimes 12+ secret areas per level! I usually find about 8-9 with the last few being either super crazy puzzles or ridiculously easy and I totally over looked them.

If we hit that bull's eye, the rest of the dominoes will fall like a house of cards. Checkmate.

I refuse to read a FAQ! I will figure everything out on my own.
