Question Considering an upgrade to raise my framerates

I play World of Tanks and my frame rates on high bounce around 25-30. I would like to get them in the ballpark of 50. Considering a new video card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814121625 and upgrading my RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231314.
Would that be enough or is my MD/processor gonna hold it back?
    Thanks,
    Chief

I find it hard to believe that WoT is that demanding on video cards, no offense...
So GTX 560 Ti seem bit overkill...

I would double the memory for sure though...

WEll how much can you spend on an upgrade???

A GTX 560 and some extra ram would be a cost effective upgrade...

If you have 1100 bucks you can some RAM and a Nvidia 690 based video card.
