May 2012 Gaming Enthusiasts Build Question

I've used your guides several times to build my home pc's and always recommend them to friends. I decided I could use an upgrade so I used the May 2012 high end build guide for my latest pc.

My question is what is the need for the Silverstone bay converter if the Haf X already comes with an adapter in the first HD bay?

Seems like I spent money on something I didn't need or was there some other reason for it?

wrong area. this should be in tech support. Also, if your new tower has a HDD adaptor, it shouldnt need anything additional.

Thanks... Sorry for posting in the wrong section.

You guys might want to double check for yourselves and remove the adapter from the build so others don't purchase anything unnecessary.
