$1400 Budget for Gaming Laptop, looking for suggestions

Title says it all. I have $1400 to spend on a gaming laptop that must also have Window 7 Pro and Microsoft Office Suite on it for work purposes. I'm looking for as much performance as I can squeeze out of my budget. Any suggestions welcomed.

Motherboard: ASUS P5QL Pro LGA 775
    Processor: Q6600 @2.4
    RAM: 4 gig OCZ Platinum DDR2 1066
Harddrive: 250 gig Seagate SATA 3.0g
Video Card: ASUS EAH 4850 512meg
    Operating System: Windows 7

Most if not all gaming laptops come with Win 7 Home Premium so you'll probably have to set aside a chunk of your budget for the software. The MSI GT70 has great specs for the money (including an nvidia 670) but it's huge and clunky.

Yeah, I noticed that the upgrade is roughly 90 bucks to go with the pro version. Office is also around $180. I was disappointed to see all of the issues with the Asus laptops as I thought they had a good price for their specs. I'm currently looking at some of the Toshiba as their build quality seems to be good. The portability is as much of a factor for me as the power. I want this thing to be a beast for work and play so it will last me a few years.
