How can I set up default mail client,to be opened by clicking envelope on IE 8 ?

Should be in something like:

> Tools on the top bar > Internet Options > It should then be a tab like Programs or Advanced, in that tab you will see options for default mail client, default html editor, etc etc. Set to what you want, click apply/ok and job done.
