How do you preload it? I have it on steam but I can't get it to show up for a preload download.

Just an FYI, Borderlands 2 Steam coupons are now bundled with most new Nvidia 6 series cards, and they have been selling on Ebay daily for under $25 apiece. Just a heads up to anyone looking to get the game, in a couple weeks time they will probably be selling for $15 or less like all the Dirt games did that AMD had bundled a couple months back.

Just find the game in your Library and you should see the preload option on there.

I clicked on the game in my library, and there was a button there that said "preload". As far as I know, that's it.
