    does iTunes only sell 256 kbps AAC files

    do they offer different bitrates or files types... cause mine are all 256 AAC flies. someone i know was asking

    Some minor stuff is on 128 but 256 aac is it.

    If it makes you feel better, AAC at 256 is deemed comparable to MP3 at 320 by people who care about this type of thing.

    I'm pretty sure the entire catalogue is 256 now. When browsing the store it used to distinguish between iTunes AAC (128) and iTunes Plus (256) but now it just doesn't mention. I just checked, and there isn't a single 128 file in my iTunes purchases.
