durable earbuds

so I'm looking for earbus that are strong (physically)

For the longest time I was using the Creative Labs EP30's. After I stopped buying their mp3 players, I moved on. Then I moved to the Skull Candies. I go through the Skull candies too fast. I'm looking for something with these specs:

in-ear earbud - WITHOUT the plastic thingie that goes around your ear.
under 100.00
durable (cord cant get frayed easily or tear that easily.
sound quality - mid range, not that important actually - listening to more lectures than music ATM.
Shure, Klipsch, Seinnheiser, Audio-technica.
has "L" plug (the 3mm plug going into the device is encased in a hard "L" frame.

Right now I'm looking at the following:

Sennheiser CX 300
Sennheiser IE 4
Sennheiser CX 300B MK II

Might wanna try the new "ear pods" by Apple? They look extremely durable, but I haven't seen them in the wild yet. I've heard good stuff from initial reviews.
