Need recommendation for a good reliable utility for pc security & clean-up

Can anyone recommend a good utility for malware & PC cleanup?
I currently have freeware using Advanced SystemCare7, SUPERAntiSpyware, and CCleaner but usually after scanning with SystemCare7, I find that I need to the AntiSpyware.

I just upgraded to windows7 & my computer is a little slower and figured there may be a good utility to hone my registers & speed up my system a bit. I'd also want some security as well.
Is Norton 360 something fitting this description?

Malwarebytes is the go to software for looking for viruses etc... It's a stand a lone run as needed type app.

    Unfortunately, no such solution exists.

No single security strategy can protect you from today’s sophisticated threats. Safe computing requires the combined efforts of a firewall, always-on anti-malware, on-demand anti-malware scans, and some common sense in how you use your PC. A truly secure PC also requires multiple layers of passwords and data encryption.
