Just bought the Intel I7 4790 processor, need help picking a motherboard...

Hello everyone. Im trying to decide which motherboard to buy for this processor. I'm not overclocking, I have one single GTX680 MSI video card, and I still have to by the memory for the board. Which motherboard would you recommend?

I think he was asking specifically which mobo. I generally like MSI but the last ones capacitor blew (was supposed to "Class III military standard" lol. However this is from the 4th build (so I guess that's not TOO bad). I love the architecture on their Twin Frozr series (only video card I buy).

    As for mobos:

This is what I would run with your CPU in order of preference

    1) ASRock Fatal1ty Z97 Killer LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard **NOTE - I would use THIS model and NOT the newer one (due to reduced connectivity).

The Hero is the best. Don't waste your money on a Titan X. Get a top quality overclocked 980TI. It will be faster.
