    Baffling problem

Ok to put it as simple as I can: My laptop refuses to open this site, while my main one will !!

Also: Has ayone here tried the media creation tool? It is supposed to help you upgrade to Win 10 !

No matter what I try,it will not open up. Will not work on either the lappie or main one.

Laptop has Win 7 home x64,desktop has Win 7 Ultimate x64.

    Cyber,
Just an FYI, The Windows 10 Icon will only work if you have your Updates set to Automatically Download and Installl.
You will need to have All Updates installed on your Current System (You only need to have your Language Updated even though there are 35-40 others to choose from)!
You will need to be running a Genuine Copy of Windows 7 or Window 8.1 (Enterprise Edition isn't Eligible for the free upgrade).

Below is a Link where you can Download and Install Windows 10 from, without a wait as long as your computers meet the criteria (You can Create an ISO to burn onto a DVD or Create a Flash Drive).
This is the place where you use the Media Creation Tool to Create your ISO or Flash Drive.
Hope this helps you out, doesn't look like there are too many members showing up here any longer!

I have Windows 10 installed on 5 Laptops, 1 Desktop and a Tablet

What error message do you get?

    Are you spelling Sharky correctly?

You would be amazed how many times I see (including myself) spell the sites wrong; why I love copy and paste.

Where are you using the laptop when this happens? I ask this because if you are piggybacking off certain wifi, you might have the site blocked. Check for exceptions of course.
