    Aluminium Heat Sink

Hi! I am Noel from Toronto. I am about to start a business of computer components. I will be starting with pc cabinets and heat sink. I want to sell copper based heat sinks because they have better thermal conductivity. Bayview Metals will be providing me with the precision metal parts required for manufacurint . They told me that copper is expensive than aluminium. So I have decided to go with aluminium. Is there any way to improve thermal conductivity in an Aluminium Heat Sink?

As far as I know, using a reputable thermal paste is the way to go.You can also try selling, what I call hybrid sinks.
These have a copper interface for the cpu and, aluminum for the fins.
