rampage v problem with memory

Hi guy's have just built a new system and having memory probs
im only showing triple memory ! i have four slots occupied, have checked ram stix they seem fine
have tried in duel mode and bios then see's ram in the slot that's not working? but in quad it does not see that dim?
have reseated cpu just in case,not sure what else to try

any help or thoughts?
