I tried 3 times to use Defraggler, even leaving it to run over night as I slept. Two times it would not complete. One time it completed but still had 28 percent fragmentation. I called HP Smart Friend and they took over my computer and scanned my HD, removed Webroot and uninstalled Defraggler because I was told that the Windows defrag automatically runs on a schedule. And I do see that it does say "0 percent fragmention" but one of my friends told me that the Windows version of defrag does not go into sub folders or deep into the system.

I went into some forums and some people like Auslogics disk defrag.

Any suggestions on what is hanging up Defraggler? And which defrag do you use that does a good job?
