Post Any difference between XP home upgrade and XP home full OEM discs?

Besides the fact you need a qualifying os for the upgrade.

I bought the OEM Windows XP Pro from newegg.com. It will not do an upgrade of Windows 2000, only a new install. I suppose the same holds true for Windows XP Home upgrade vs. OEM

I planned on doing a clean install either way. What I was getting at was whether or not the contents of the cd were much, if any, different.
