i'd make the alien face and the bar going through it contrast more. as it is, they appear to be nearly the same color on my monitor. just a small quibble - otherwise, darned fine logo!

Maybe make the eyes a bit bigger so some of the orange background shows through more? That might give a better contrast. If you look at it too quickly, it looks like the border is going through part of the alien's forehead.
Its a sweet logo, though. Where is the site and when will it be up?
