    Question How to change RAM latency.....

    how can i change my ram latency on my abit kt7a-raid mobo to 3-3-3?

    You can do that from your BIOS, read the mobo manual.

    Very easy for you. THe abit has very good RAM options in your BIOS. Go check it out.

    Do i set my case latency timing to 3?
    where do i get the other two 3's?

    It's not "case" latency, it's CAS latency. The other two are called "RAS TO CAS" delay and "RAS Precharge" time, I believe it's in the following order:

    CAS:RAS TO CAS:RAS Precharge
