Is the Abit KT7 ATA100 compatable?

No, ATA66 with extra ATA100 RAID on the KT7-RAID.

You don't need ATA66, two "fast" IBM 75GXP's on the same channel will barely strain an ATA66 channel.

If your really wanting ATA100 you can purchase the Abit ATA100 controller card seprately.
