All in wonder 128 vs. Radeon all in wonder for recording quality?

I plan on doing hard disk recording, and was wondering if the Radeon provides better picture quality and justifies the purchase.

Basically, I'm looking for the cheapest option to record programs on my PC.

All In Wonder 128 is based on an inferior video chipset, but no, recording quality does not differ.
