Midiland 8200's for $234/shipped. Good or not?

I can get the midiland 8200's fpr $234 including shipping.Is this a good deal. This will go in my system which has a X-gamer 5.1 card in it. Anyway, if im spending over 200, how are these speakers. Anybody have a pair and can give some incite?
