Question Having problems with downloads on Broadband?

I have a cable connection and all of a sudden I have noticed a major problem when trying to download files. Randomly I get a server was reset error and the file stops. This happens almost on every download and at random times.

I have tried some download accelerators but they to will get reset.

Does anyone know what the deal is, is it my OS (WINME), is it my provider?

    Thanks alot

If you are just on a home computer and you connect to the internet through your cable modem, you might want to contact the ISP and ask them if they can help.
