Unreal Tournament 2003 issue - help!

I had this game for about 3 yrs. now but only used it for a cple weeks & uninstalled it(got tired of having to insert disc in to play). Now I was cleaning up & found the 3 cds but guess i threw everything else out. It needs a Key. does this mean i'm out of luck or is there a generic key i can use?

If you want single-player only, I'm sure a free ... ahem ... "general" key as you put it is out there somewhere on warez sites.

But in general... no. Product keys are validated whenever you play online, and you'll get kicked if someone else is online using the same key. They also deny keys known to be distributed over the net. Don't be upset though... now you have an excuse to get UT2k4, which really is much better.

I never had to put in the CD to play UT2k3. I think they removed that requirement in one of the official patches.

I guess i stopped playing UT2k3 before the patch came out. What's the difference between 2k4 & 2k3? more weapons, better graphics?

Same weapons, same graphics, highly improved gameplay and significantly better level design. And a new game mode.

Being as you can purchase UT2k4 for the price of a pack of gum these days, I'd say do yourself a big favor and pick it up.
