monitor problems

My hp 15 inch monitor has a problem,The screen shakes and sometimes when i swtich on my pc,The monitor qon't work,Wat is going on?

If it's still under warranty then return it, if not you may want to look at getting a new one, or find a repair shop if you can't part with it
