Old Case, change LED

I am setting up a computer for a friend using some old parts. With the case/motherboard connectors in place the LED display reads "66". How can I change this to something more..fun? Even if i plug the display into harddrive monitor it'll still read 66, just only light up when harddrive being accessed. I want to change the "66"

If you have a look at the back of the LED display you'll see a couple of rows of jumpers. Just play with those until you get something you want. Do NOT ask me how to set them up because they vary from LED display to display.
