I just installed windows on my primary pc, and every thing is fine except this,, .

pc boots up fine

windows loaded, i then click on my dialup connection, but nothing comes up. i ttry to go to "My computer" properties but it doesnt come.when i click on the msn messenger, every thing pops right up out of no where , what seems to be the problem here?...i also have my lan card enabled, i just disabled it but i think the problem is still there, in the meantime, what do u think the problem is pplz?
