Password Protect My Wireless With Easy Password?
OK, I just password protected my wireless network. The only problem I have with it is that the password is a horrendous 26 character long string. I don't want the password to be this long and random. I have a linksys 802.11b router and when I go into the settings, WEP is the option I'm given for password protection, 64 bit and 128 bit. I entered a passphrase (one that was easy to remember) and clicked 'generate', then a long random-looking passphrase popped out, which I must use to log into the network. Is there any way I can set the password so that ultimately all I have to do is enter a simple phrase I can remember, in order to log in?
