New build, new bsod

So I built the new computer (see sig). All drivers are updated. I get the "MEMORY MANAGEMENT" BSOD 0x0000001A.. So I ran Memtest86 and the Windows Mem Diag tool:

Any ideas on what's wrong? I'm hoping it's not the RAM. I got no errors from the memtests..
