    Halflife support 1280x1024 resolution?

    I'm supprised Halflife doesn't support 1280x1024 resolution.

Is there a tweak to enable it, or should I just suck it up and make my desktop reso lower? (only 60Hz at 1600x1200 with my current monitor)

there are no tweaks to get it as far as I know...but with the latest patch...for some reason let's me run in 1600x1200...I just stick with 1024x768 because the text is really messed up when combined with fsaa...

Can't you run Half-Life at 1280x960? I think you can.

1280x960 isnt the same as 1280x1024, but all good, I can live with 60Hz refresh on 1600x1200.

I'd take 1280x960 over 1280x1024 any day of the week. Why do people like that 1280x1024 disotrted resolution? No one uses a 5:4 aspect ratio monitor to combat the distortion.
