    Laptop Batteries maintenance advice

    Well,

    I ussually remove batteries if I use AC source (external power source/adaptor). I do this is to make sure my Laptop batteries not being recharge everytime I connect the AC power source.

    Or Is there any special software to hold any automatic battery charge everytime I connect to AC power source?

    You can leave the battery intact if it's only an hour or two, but extended use, like leaving it overnight, then it's wise to take out the battery.

    You can also drain the battery once every few months.
