Jusy curious, how did you take out Crowe's chopper? I ran up to the control room and eventually the chopper began hovering outside. I ran in and out of the control room nailing the chopper with the OICW's grenade launcher until the clip was empty, then stayed inside while reloading, and repeated this until I was out of OICW nades. Then I did the same with the rocket launcher. After a few rockets it was finished off.

I tried that and I kept dying, I mean I died for hours, lol
What I did was, when you look off the back of the boat there are 2 shores you can swim too. 1 with a boat and another off to the right, tried the boat it didnt worked, explosion took all my health.
So the shoreline off to the right is closer so i was in shallow water when the boat blew up and didnt lose too much health. Then I just ran up to a big fat palm tree, stayed real close and kept it between me and the copter, and it did hover real close I pop out shoot a rocket, on veteran level, I had to shoot a lot of rockets but it was easy pickings there.
One more thing, I thought I won when he retreated and was saying "I'll get you later," so just for the heck of it I shot the copter with the sniper rifle, and it was a mile away, and it blew up
