Alternate COmmand for 'MSCONFIG' for Win2k?

Anyone know the command that has the effect of 'msconfig' in Win98, but for Windows 2000?

I want to disable certain programs from starting up etc.

you need a separate program to get to all the registry settings like Win9x had with msconfig

i used the startup.exe program, but you can actually use msconfig from win98. if you have access to it, run it in win2k and it will give you lots of errors like system.ini not found or something, but the startup tab will be there and you can manipulate that and it works.
